I’m so excited to be inviting YOU to my beautiful Drink Less; Live Better
weekend in the Surrey Hills.
Here are some of the details:
We’ll be staying in a beautiful and spiritual country house. It’s the most stunning and tranquil retreat venue with extensive, peaceful gardens and surrounded by rolling hills, trees and ancient woodland. Our home for the weekend is over 100 years old, it’s stately and yet cosy, warm and welcoming.
Come… relax, rejuvenate and reset - be wrapped in a blanket of tranquillity, peace and joy at the start of 2023.
Reflect, review and regenerate.
Let's enjoy stepping away from our day to day distractions and demands, meet new people, listen to our souls and explore which steps feel good to take next in life. We'll spend some of our time reflecting on our Drink Less, Sober or Alcohol Free journeys but there will never be an obligation to share unless you want to.
We will enjoy transformative and creative workshops, yoga, guided meditations, supported journaling and group circle sharing (for those who want to), beautiful walks in the Surrey Hills and we’ll have our own private chef preparing delicious, nourishing vegetarian meals.

Please note all workshops/activities are optional. For example, if you would like to relax in the gardens, sleep or do your own thing rather than join us for a session, that’s absolutely fine – this retreat is for you, so follow your bliss!
This will be a weekend of relaxation, rejuvenation, gentle movement, honesty, creativity, fun and so much more! It will be a chance for you to connect with other people who are on a similar journey
This all-inclusive retreat includes:
2 nights and 3 days full board accommodation with delicious vegetarian food prepared by a private chef
1 meditation session
1 creative workshop with an amazing art therapist
1 yoga workshop with an inspirational yoga teacher
Daily circle shares and journaling prompts
Guided nature walks
All snacks, teas, coffees and other soft drinks
Plenty of time to rest (both physically and emotionally)
Transport to and from the retreat is not included
You can either pay in full now or pay a deposit with the balance due on 1st November or use the payment plan over five months.
This three day, two night retreat is priced at £675 per person per single room.

I cannot reserve a place without payment as there are limited spots available, so I do advise booking as soon as possible.

10pm Sweet dreams
9.30am walk in the Surrey Hills and free time to relax/reflect/journal
1.30pm creative workshop led by our Art Therapist with Saturday journal prompts
7pm group circle time
8.30pm Yin relaxation yoga Please note no yoga experience is required – this is a gentle class focused on mindful movement. There are no difficult stretches or challenging poses – you will love it!
10pm Sweet dreams
9am group circle reflection time
1.30pm free time to relax
2.30pm closing thoughts, Sunday journal prompts, intentions for the coming week and goodbyes
3.00pm Home time
What if I’m planning on coming to the Retreat alone?
Great! I’ve been to many events like this – I love going by myself – I enjoy the time to reflect and meet new people. I’ll be there to welcome you and introduce you to everyone -I want you to feel right at home!
Does it matter that I’ve never done yoga or meditation before?
No, absolutely not. All that matters is you have an open heart and feel excited about the schedule for the weekend.
I don’t have a creative bone in my body?
Mmmm, OK – please don’t let that idea/story put you off – we’ll welcome you to explore the art workshop in whatever way feels good to you.
I have special dietary requirements…will there be food for me?
Of course. Just send me your requirements (email@example.com) and I’ll be sure to pass those on to our wonderful Vegetarian chef.
I don’t have a car…am I able to get there via train?
Yes. Godalming Train Station is about 6 miles away and taxis are available from the Station to our retreat house
Do I need extra money for anything else?
No, this is an all inclusive retreat so the price of the retreat covers your food (breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks) as well as all the workshops, classes and experiences outlined in the schedule above. So, nope, no extra money is needed.
