FINALLY, a way to actually change your relationship with alcohol without leaving you feeling deprived or like you're missing out?

My proven self-guided programme helps you to see that drinking less

or choosing to be alcohol free needn't be stressful, boring or dull!

I tried and failed to get my drinking to a place I was happy with for a long time

(like, years)!

I wasn't an alcoholic and I didn't drink more than the government guidelines for

"safe'' drinking, I just knew in my heart I wasn't doing the best for myself; my health, my family or my work.

I struggled because I had learned to use alcohol as a tool to:

Have fun

Connect with friends/family/partner

...and I had no idea how I would do any of those things without alcohol in my life.

Is it even possible?

I've been where you are, I know how rubbish it feels and understand how to help YOU.

When I first decided I was going to go alcohol free for a year as a little life experiment, I had no idea how I was going to get through it... I suspected blood, sweat, tears... (mine, my friends and my families) and I also expected it to be really HARD work.

A structured programme to follow would've made the whole thing so much easier...

My 'Drink Less; Live Better' self guided programme is for women who've come to the conclusion that the amount they're drinking is doing them more harm than good and are ready for a rethink and reset.

Let's talk about some of the gains of drinking less or having a break from alcohol:

More time in your evening (no crash and burn on the sofa)

More productive mornings (no brain fog)

More energy (obvs!)

Better quality sleep (this was a game changer for me)

Clearer skin and eyes (you betcha)

Improved self-esteem (didn't realise I was lacking in it at the time!)

Consuming less empty calories and sugar (yep)

Setting a great example to your kids with no guilt or shame (my favourite)

Saving money (thank you lovely new bag I wanted)

Knowing you're giving your body and immune system a massive health boost (yes!)

To get started you need to be ready to rethink your relationship with alcohol and be prepared to put over an hour a week into the work that we'll do together.

My lovely client "C" said;

"Having the accountability and support from Sarah for my first weeks alcohol free was the best decision I have made in a LONG time!"

At the moment you're tired and overwhelmed; you've got a lot on your mind and a glass of wine or a G and T at the end of the day seems like a treat or escape but... deep down you know you're not doing yourself any favours with this habit

(and that's all it is ... a habit)!

You'll gain an understanding of how you developed the habit you've got now and break down your triggers and urges to keep you on target.

You're a mum, a wife/partner, colleague, friend, daughter, sister, cousin, aunt... hell, you're a lot of things to a lot of people and now it's time to consider one small way in which you could be your own friend!

What I learned through my own Drink Less journey has worked for me, worked for others and can work for you too.

This programme is self-guided and focused on YOU and your habits.  You set  your own goal (drink less or stop drinking for a while), consider why you drink like you do and how to stop or pause your habit.

Sometimes what we really need is someone else to believe we can do a hard thing, to champion us, to cheer us on and guide us with the right information and that's one of the benefits of this programme.

I believe in you!

Don't stay trapped in indecision any longer

One of my fabulous Coaching Clients says:

"It was perfect as it was very helpful, I cannot recommend highly enough. It really helps that Sarah is an amazing person who is very down to earth and

completely non-judgemental."

Maybe, you've known for a while that the way you drink and the

amount you drink has got to a level you're not comfortable with.

Maybe, you know it should be easy to change and yet, it hasn't been.

Maybe, you know you're not an alcoholic, but you also drink more than

the odd glass of fizz at a wedding or your birthday.

That's why I created the 'Drink Less; Live Better' self guided programme;

to help others make the positive and joyful change that I have!

I'm Sarah and I'll be your champion, your guide-on-the-side, your hand-holder, your partner in crime on this journey!

I can show you a new way to be happy that doesn't involve using alcohol to help you relax, destress, unwind, celebrate or commiserate... sound good?!

Can I do the programme if I am alcohol dependent?

No, the best treatment for you will be from a medical professional, please seek advice from your Doctor on the best way for you to access the help that you need.  I am not a qualified Doctor and cannot help you if you need medical rehabilitation or a residential programme.

Will I have to stop drinking completely?

Well, No - I won't be able to come round to you house and wrestle the bottle out of your hand BUT, I strongly recommend you give the first week your best shot alcohol free.  You can choose to reduce your intake if you want - it's up to you, you'll set your own personal goals for the programme.

How will the programme be delivered?

On a learning platform, day by day, over 30 days.
